PROSPECTIVE MENTORS

The P-TECH model calls for every student in P-TECH to have access to professional mentors to help guide them towards their professional goals, give general career advice, and help students build their communication skills.

Academic mentors can provide students with much needed high school and/or college course tutoring support, as well as help them develop better studying skills.

Our mentors are a community of student centered, inspiring adults who want to help mold our future healthcare professionals. Won’t you join us?

CURRENT MENTORS

Current mentors, join us for the Bi-Weekly Mentor Zoom meetings! These are bi-weekly opportunities for us to re-establish ongoing communication and support between mentors, as well as share best practices. Monitor your mentor bulletin for updates.

In between time, please make sure to have at monthly (at the least, quarterly) voice or video check in with your mentees. This allows for better relationship building than text or email. You can find guidelines under the Mentor Resource Library by clicking the link: Monthly Mentor/Mentee Assignment.
